Our services

Each begins with an exam. Your doctor explains the options, the risks and the cost, and you choose.

  • A practitioner pulls the arm of a patient in a blue top lying on her side

    Spinal adjustment

A hands-on or instrument-assisted adjustment of the spine and other joints, after an exam. Your doctor explains the method and its risks first, and you can say no to any part of it.

    Rehabilitation and exercise

    Back and neck visits

For back, neck and shoulder complaints: an exam, a plain explanation of what we find and a plan your doctor sets with you. We send you to a physician when the exam points outside chiropractic care.

    Ongoing care

Some people come on a schedule they and their doctor agree on, others come back when they need to. Either way, your doctor reviews your plan at each visit and you can stop whenever you like.

After the first visit

How your plan is kept up to date

Your doctor reviews it with you each time.

  • Your plan, in words

After the exam your doctor tells you the plan and what it costs. You can ask for it in writing.

  • Check-ins

At each visit your doctor asks how you are, looks again at how you move and adjusts the plan.

  • Changes

If something is not working, or you would rather try something else, the plan changes.

  • Stopping

You can pause or stop at any time. We do not pressure anyone to keep coming.

Patient stories

What patients say about their visits

“I liked being told what the options were and having the choice. Nobody pushed a package.”

Reuben T.Hybrid worker

“The soft tissue visit was easy to add to the same appointment, and the fee was explained first.”

Service questions

Common questions about our visits.

General

How do I know which service is right for me?

Your doctor examines you at the first visit, explains the options and recommends what might fit. You decide what to start with.

Can I combine services?

Often, yes. A soft tissue session can follow an adjustment in the same visit, and exercises can be added at any time. Your doctor tells you what makes sense.

Plan

How many visits will I need?

That depends on your exam and your goals, so we do not promise a number. Your doctor sets a plan with you and reviews it each visit.

Not sure which visit fits?

Book a first visit and your doctor will go through the options with you.
